We are seeking a passionate and experienced Data Science Manager to lead our Growth Analytics team.
This team drives data-driven decision-making and builds solutions that accelerate our growth. You will be a strategic partner to cross-functional leaders across Growth, Sales, Marketing, and Product to identify opportunities, optimize strategies, and unlock scalable growth using data science and analytics.
- Operate as a strategic thought partner with business leaders to define and implement our growth strategy.
- Guide the team in applying various data science techniques to identify opportunities and drive product-led growth (acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation).
- Establish insight-driven approaches to address key business problems and drive business impact.
- Build scalable measurement frameworks that enable consistent, data-driven decision-making across teams and inform growth strategy.
- Clearly and persuasively communicate data insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring findings influence stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements:
- 8+ years industry experience and a degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Engineering, Sciences, Computer Science, Economics). Advanced degree (PhD or MS) preferred.
- 2+ years of management experience in data science or data analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders across functions.
- Demonstrated experience applying data science to drive growth initiatives with concrete impact.
