Visual Display Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • As the Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our visual displays and store layouts are of the highest standard.
  • Developing and implementing effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.

You will work closely with the retail team to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet them. This will involve regular communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.

In addition, you will be responsible for conducting weekly floor walks to ensure that all stores are commercially set up and meeting company standards. You will also analyze Oracle figures to inform product location decisions and floor moves.

The role requires a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and best practices, as well as excellent leadership and time management skills.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for visual merchandising, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. If you have experience in retail management and are looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.

Visual Merchandising Experience is advantageous but not essential. However, if you have Retail Management skills, it would be beneficial. Excellent Leadership and Time Management skills are also required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary, and the ability to operate Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel would be advantageous. A driving license is preferable but not essential. We also require candidates to be willing to travel to assist with new store openings.

Talent & People:

Train and develop the In-Store team. Produce Training plans with the In-Store Merchandiser for staff progression. Prepare and conduct training sessions with instore teams and potential future talent.

Communication & Culture:

Regular communication with the Visual Support Manager and Area Sales Manager. Store Visit Reports conducted and submitted to the Visual Support Manager and Area Sales Manager on a weekly basis, ensuring that the In-Store Merchandiser and management team are aware of what needs to be actioned. Communicating new ideas and ways to improve the ongoing developments of JD Sports Thailand to your Visual Merchandiser Manager.
