About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Development Engineer to join our Product Engineering Organization in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and driving ATE test solutions to meet business milestones and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize test solutions to meet business requirements, focusing on Scan(ATPG) area.
  • Design and implement test patterns and test flows/methods for ATE test platforms.
  • Collaborate with design teams to scope, plan, and validate test solutions.
  • Lead the post-silicon bring-up of test patterns and optimize for mass production enablement.
  • Characterize and debug SCAN(ATPG) test/fails in new silicon designs and process technologies.
  • Optimize test coverage and flows for increased quality, yield, cost improvement, and test time reduction.
  • Conduct engineering evaluations and analysis to drive closure of production issues.
  • Develop and implement solutions to complex, novel, and non-recurring problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical decisions and product development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Strong technical, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient understanding of DFT architecture for SOC products.
  • Experience with test development, silicon characterization/debug, and ATE test platforms.
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in software programming languages (C++, Java, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, Python).
  • Experience with HVM and proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • 8+ years of industry experience in Computer Engineering or comparable disciplines.
Preferred Experience
  • Knowledge or working experience on SoC (GPU) Scan (ATPG) test.
  • Experience with SOC (GPU) DFT/Scan(ATPG) is a strong plus.
  • ATE Test handling/execution and development experience - Advantest V93K experience preferred.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Academic Credentials
  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable disciplines.
