Job Summary:

- Perform detailed cost analysis, including material, labor, and overhead costs.">
- Monitor and analyze inventory costs, ensuring accurate valuation and reporting.">
- Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting, and monitor financial performance against budget.">
- Manage the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.">
- Oversee the financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.">
- Build and maintain relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial stakeholders.">
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.">
Qualifications:
">A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required. A CMA or CPA certification is preferred. At least 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
