We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in a leading children's clothing brand. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in retail or customer service, possess good interpersonal and communication skills, and be passionate about children's fashion and retail service. The role involves assisting with product display, stock replenishment, and daily retail operations, as well as supporting cashiering and fitting room duties as needed.

  • This is a full-time position requiring a 5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays. You will collaborate with teammates and follow store guidelines and SOPs.
  • To succeed in this role, you must be able to commit to a regular work schedule and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming store environment

Requirements:
