Solar Project Manager Job Summary

The role of Solar Project Manager is a critical position within our organization. As the lead for solar project implementation, you will be responsible for designing and building solar energy systems that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop comprehensive solar project plans, including site assessments, system design, and installation schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, from planning to delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential delays or cost overruns.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching and guidance to on-site teams.
  • Foster a culture of safety and sustainability, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solar project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in energy modeling software (e.g., PVsyst), AutoCAD, and construction management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
