Job Title: Senior Social Worker/Senior Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

As a senior counsellor, you will be responsible for conducting counselling sessions for individuals, couples and families. You will also provide clinical supervision to staff members and design, deliver and oversee programs for the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A postgraduate qualification in counselling from an accredited institution under the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC)
  • Minimum 50 hours of training in Clinical Supervision
  • Registration as a counsellor/supervisor with SAC or registered social worker with SASW
  • At least 5 years of experience in counselling individuals, couples and families independently, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible with changes
