Responsibilities:

  1. Draft clear data annotation guidelines and SOPs to ensure high-quality data.
  2. Analyze and manage data annotation partnerships to optimize production quality and efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with Product Manager and Algorithm Researcher to create high-quality data samples.
  4. Evaluate model performance and data quality across different datasets.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  2. Excellent English writing skills.
  3. Detailed driven with the ability to identify nuanced differences in text data.
  4. Self-motivated and a problem solver with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
