Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in creating engaging content for social media platforms, developing video content, and producing high-quality print materials.

The ideal candidate will have experience in social media marketing, strong copywriting skills, and proficiency in graphic/video editing tools. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create monthly social media posts, including creative copywriting, graphics, and layouts.
  2. Develop engaging short-form videos/reels with compelling captions and storytelling.
  3. Produce high-quality content for brochures, flyers, posters, and other print materials.
  4. Maintain and update product listings, images, and descriptions for our online store.
  5. Manage and grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, working with social media assistants on performance tracking and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Monitor and respond to social media messages and comments promptly to maintain positive customer relationships.
  7. Plan and execute customer engagement initiatives to encourage authentic content sharing.
  8. Work with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) to boost brand awareness and reach.
  9. Conduct A/B testing for marketing campaigns and optimize strategies based on results.
  10. Refine social media strategies for better engagement, reach, and conversions.
  11. Partner with sales and marketing teams to align content with business goals.
  12. Create compelling visual and video content to promote and document events and exhibitions.

Requirements:
  1. Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field.
  2. Proven experience in social media marketing.
  3. Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail.
  4. Proficient in graphic/video editing tools (Illustrator and Photoshop).
  5. Creative thinker with strong communication and organizational skills.
