Job Title:
Production Workflow Optimizer

At our company, we are seeking an experienced Production Workflow Optimizer to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in overseeing and improving food production workflows, implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for food safety and hygiene, training kitchen staff, and liaising with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and improve food production workflows, including sous vide, steaming, and other cooking techniques, to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Implement and audit SOPs for food safety, hygiene, and consistency to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Train kitchen staff on technical procedures and quality standards to maintain high levels of expertise and proficiency.
  • Liaise with suppliers to procure technical specifications of ingredients and machinery, ensuring seamless integration with our operations.
  • Monitor food wastage and propose efficiency improvements to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Conduct product R&D and ensure alignment with operational feasibility to drive innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate with outlet and central kitchen teams on process optimization to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in central kitchen, food manufacturing, or F&B production.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
  • Able to lead and train junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence and development.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
