Job Description

The Business Operation Executive will be an integral part of our Finance & Admin department, responsible for driving operational and finance efficiency. Reporting to the Director, individuals with excellent interpersonal skills looking to join a company with good growth prospects are encouraged.

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices for external and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor payments, resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring smooth and efficient financial transactions.

Business Support Responsibilities:

  • Manage shipments, ensuring efficient transport and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate local deliveries, handling high-value luxury products with care.
  • Assist management with travel planning, including hotel and flight bookings.
  • Liaise with hotels for training arrangements and negotiate preferred rates.
  • Support the marketing team with event logistics, shipments, and visual merchandising assets.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma/degree in Finance, Business or relevant field.
  • Minimally 3 years of relevant accounting/admin experience with background in processing of invoices.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A 'can-do' attitude, resourceful and independent.
