Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Specialist to maintain and service aircon systems for residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and service aircon units, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Install, test, and commission new air conditioner systems, including performing chemical washes and overhauls as required.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify issues on-site, using diagnostic skills to identify and repair problems with air-conditioning systems.
  • Diagnose and repair complex air-conditioning system faults, utilizing technical knowledge and experience to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Prepare comprehensive service reports for every completed job, detailing work carried out and any issues encountered.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to delivering excellent results.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the maintenance and servicing of aircon systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of air-conditioning systems and their components.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair complex faults with air-conditioning systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
