Senior Service Excellence Manager

As a key role within the Global Excellence Centre, you will be responsible for driving excellence in service delivery and supporting the implementation of the global strategy. Your main purpose is to position GEC as a centre of excellence in the global business by focusing on capability excellence, sustainability, and data organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement standardized ways of working to improve efficiency
  • Support the migration of activities to GEC and drive high standards of service quality
  • Contribute to long-term skill requirements and build competence in line with future needs
  • Drive sustainability in service delivery through sharing best practices and identifying opportunities for integration
  • Influence standard work splits between BA and GEC to set contribution targets

You should have significant professional experience in the service industry, excellent influencing and collaboration skills, a strategic mindset, coaching abilities, and strong interpersonal skills.
