Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop comprehensive network cabling solutions for customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify customer needs and develop targeted solutions.
Key Performance Indicators
  1. Technical Training and Support:
    • Develop and deliver training sessions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
    • Establish a reputation as a subject matter expert in network cabling solutions.
  2. Product Specifications and Sales Support:
    • Work closely with the sales team to develop and review product specifications for customers.
    • Support the sales team in promoting and specifying network cabling & DC solutions to customers.
    • Contribute to quarterly updates on new products for the sales team.
    • Provide technical assistance to the sales team with product demonstrations, technical data sheets, and sample boards.
  3. Customer Assistance and Demonstrations:
    • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their technical needs and preferences.
    • Deliver presentations and demonstrations on advanced testing and troubleshooting techniques using supplier network cable testers.
    • Liaise with suppliers and customers for supplier certification training and provide support during the training.
    • Manage sample requests and return materials authorization (RMA) with suppliers.
  4. Competitive Analysis and Evaluation:
    • Analyze market trends and competitor products to inform business decisions.
    • Evaluate vendors' products and recommend suitable options based on industry standards.
  5. Technical Expertise and Research:
    • Stay current with emerging technologies and advancements in the field of network cabling solutions.
