Job Title: Strategic Financial Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to lead our team in delivering high-quality accounting services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advisory services to clients on matters such as financial management, structuring financial processes, and improving operational efficiency. They will also oversee the preparation of financial statements for corporate clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant standards.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and client management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing a team of accounting professionals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, with a Master's degree preferred
  • At least 10 years managerial experience in accounting, financial reporting, and advisory services
  • Deep knowledge of SFRS, US GAAP, and IFRS
  • Experience in preparing financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS and advising on reporting practices
  • Strong ability to assess financial performance and provide insights
  • Experience advising on mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and operational optimization
  • Leadership and client management skills
  • Familiarity with cloud accounting software and audits
