Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical maintenance, with a strong understanding of CMMS processes and plant maintenance work records.

  • Execute mechanical related maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Perform predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance to achieve HSSE targets.
  • Undertake all maintenance activities related to Marine Loading Arms, Pipeline repair, Waterfront Activities, and MOC (Management of Change) activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Asset Management: Execute mechanical related maintenance tasks.
  • Predictive Maintenance: Perform execution of predictive maintenance and reactive/corrective maintenance.
  • Maintenance Execution: Undertake all maintenance activities.
  • Procurement: Request, review, compare, raise Purchase requisition for services, parts, equipment etc.
  • Project Management: Manage portfolios that vary in scope and complexity.
  • HSSE Responsibilities: Strive to deliver Goal Zero targets in HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment).
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience Oil/Petrochemical industry.
  • Able to work independently and yet participate as a member of a team.
  • Working knowledge of SAP.
  • Understanding of HSSE requirements for maintenance work.
  • Knowledge of craftwork appropriate practices, typical time required for completing frequently executed activities.
  • Knowledge of materials procurement.
