Y TCM PTE. LTD. is a forward-thinking organization seeking a skilled Receptionist and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling phone calls, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual to manage daily operations, maintain accurate records, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Attend to customer needs, arranging appointments and providing personalized support.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese languages.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
