Clinical Medication Dispenser

As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for accurately dispensing medication as per Doctors' prescription and ensuring the pharmacy is well-maintained for optimal clinic operational readiness.
The incumbent needs to maintain the highest standard in clinical, operational, and service quality. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing, receiving, and screening of medication as indicated in prescriptions for completeness and accuracy from the system.
- Ensuring proper dispensing protocols and precautionary measures as stated in accordance with established guidelines.
- Systematically and accurately pre-packing medication items and quantities required, with correct labeling and documentation.
- Providing optimal customer service at all times, possessing good knowledge of MIMS, and ensuring patients are informed of correct dosage to be taken.
- Managing all stocks in the dispensary and closely monitoring stock levels to avoid wastage.
- Setting monthly ordering projections.
- Ensuring the clinic maintains a buffer stock for frequently used drugs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or Pharmacy Certification accredited by MOH.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in healthcare settings.
- Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
