Job Title

A Dietetic Technician is a skilled professional who plays a vital role in providing quality and compassionate care to women and children.

Key Responsibilities:

The Dietetic Technician will be responsible for coordinating patients' appointments, assisting dietitians with nutritional care, conducting group nutrition education sessions, cooking demonstrations, and workshops together with dietitians. The technician will also maintain the department's resources for patient education, assist in catering matters, and support quality improvement projects, audits, and research studies.

Requirements:
  • Hold a Diploma in Nutrition or Food Science or equivalent qualification
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be proficient in writing and speaking English and one other language
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and nutrient analysis software
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis packages is an advantage
  • Demonstrate a positive work attitude and be a good team player
