Our organization is seeking an experienced software professional to lead our front office Modelling and Analytics Group.

This role is ideal for a skilled individual who can design and deliver high-performance software and risk models, collaborate with trading and structuring teams, and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecture design, stakeholder communication, project management, and team leadership. We utilize git for source control and Azure DevOps for code reviews, documentation, and project tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-performance software and risk models.
  • Collaborate with trading and structuring teams to create and maintain pricing, trading, and risk platforms.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead by example, foster a collaborative culture, and drive continuous improvement.
