Job Description:

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa treatments and services to our clients.

  • Maximize treatment opportunities by effectively managing spa bookings.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, support, and awareness at all times.
  • Perform spa treatments and services to a high standard, adhering to training protocols.
  • Ensure the spa outlet is well-presented and maintain personal responsibility for treatment areas.
  • Manage stock levels and adhere to usage guidelines.
  • Secure and handle retail and professional stock correctly.
  • Report issues and provide suggestions for improvement to management.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the spa team and management.
Requirements:

  • Capable of learning new programs and procedures quickly and accurately.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and hardworking.
