About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digitalization Project Lead to join our team at GBS Singapore. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading projects related to Smart Factory 4.0 in the semi-conductor industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the semi-conductor industry to identify new project opportunities.
  • Understand customer requirements and analyze their problems to develop effective project scoping solutions.
  • Identify and source suitable components, software, and additional design work required for each project.
  • Develop prototypes for proof of concept and present them to customers to confirm functionalities and designs.
  • Negotiate pricing and delivery timelines with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare costing estimates for components, third-party costs, and internal resource requirements.
  • Present sales proposals to customers and negotiate terms and pricing to conclude deals.
  • Oversee the installation and testing of systems and products.
Job Requirements
  • A minimum of a Diploma in Engineering is required.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a semiconductor or wafer fab environment is necessary.
