Job Title: Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Expert

As a seasoned expert in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the resilience of our organization's business operations.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) that address disaster recovery, business recovery, and emergency response management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing Business Impact Analysis processes to identify critical business services or functions and their maximum tolerable downtime.
  • Establishing and implementing robust BCM programs for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, including third-party and outsourcing providers/vendors.
  • Providing insightful advice and objective assessments to Business Units/Departments on the evaluation of Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Planning.
  • Overseeing detection, response, resolution, and reporting of incidents that affect business operations or systems.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure business, operational, and technology resilience in incident management or business disruptions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, with a focus on developing and implementing comprehensive BCPs.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
