Job Title: Swim Coach Islandwide

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced swim coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching swimming to children and adults alike.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans that cater to the needs of our students, from beginners to advanced swimmers.

As a swim coach, you will also be expected to maintain a safe and positive learning environment, ensuring that all students feel comfortable and supported throughout their lessons.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a swim coach, preferably with a background in competitive swimming or relevant coaching certifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Able to think creatively and develop innovative lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, safety procedures, and first aid.
