Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dental Surgery Receptionist/Assistant at MyCareersFuture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Assist with daily clinical operations, including sterilization of instruments and maintenance of surgery rooms.
  • Manage phone calls and schedule appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work a 5.5-day week, Monday to Friday, with a half-day on Saturday.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
