Job Title: Goods Delivery Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely delivery of goods and materials to customers or designated locations.
  • Assist in daily routine tasks such as inventory management, documentation, and other related duties.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, responsive, and efficient in handling customer inquiries and issues.
  • Loading and unloading of goods from vehicles, while ensuring safe handling and storage practices.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for delivery, including traffic rules, road safety, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors or team leaders.
Requirements:
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, with a willingness to learn and grow with the organization.
  • Candidates must possess a minimum of GCE 'O' Levels or ITE / Diploma / Professional Certification in Administration.
  • A good attitude, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • A valid Class 3 driving license is required for this role.
  • The salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
