We are hiring a skilled Culinary Expert to lead our kitchen team at our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Development: Create and refine menus to meet the highest quality standards, offering a diverse range of North Indian cuisine options.
  • Culinary Leadership: Direct and supervise kitchen staff, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate food requirements, manage inventory, and optimize food/labor costs.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain strict adherence to nutrition and sanitation regulations, ensuring all dishes meet the highest standards.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team culture.

As an experienced Culinary Leader, you will possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of North Indian cuisine, and the ability to maintain high levels of creativity in menu development.

A successful candidate will have a strong background in Cooking, Leadership, Recipes, and Sanitation.
