The Principal Manager will support the Programme Director in providing guidance and risk mitigation across the programme. This involves managing cross-boundary issues, ensuring security and AI integration, enhancing customer-centricity, and minimising audit risks.
Key Responsibilities- Create a comprehensive governance framework for the Skillaris Programme, encompassing clear decision-making processes and escalation pathways, as well as cross-functional teams to oversee various aspects.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, monitor key performance indicators, and identify potential bottlenecks to ensure programme success.
- Design a reporting framework that captures programme progress and outcomes, incorporating standardised templates and metrics for consistent reporting, and implement data collection and analysis processes to measure programme impact.
- Foster collaboration among project teams and external stakeholders, facilitate knowledge sharing, and manage relationships with vendors to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Tertiary qualification preferably with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in IT technology or implementation.
- Strong project management and facilitation skills, with ability to communicate effectively with different levels of stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to fast-moving and rapidly changing environments, and ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment.
