Cashier Job in Raffles City Food Court

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team at Raffles City Food Court. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer payments, taking orders accurately, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the food industry, with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle point-of-sale (POS) system and customer payments
  • Take customer orders and ensure accuracy
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the front-of-house area
  • Support the team with basic service-related tasks when needed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar role in the food industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and technology
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $2,200 - $2,400 per month
  • Overtime pay: $1,000 - $1,200 per month (varies depending on hours)
  • Annual leave: 14 days to start, +1 day for every completed year of service (capped at 30 days)
  • Medical benefits: Up to $400 per calendar year
