We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Laboratory Technician Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Laboratory Technician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting doctors and healthcare providers with patient care services, performing diagnostic tests as ordered by doctors, handling preliminary test reporting, and recording test results in the computer and submitting reports to doctors for review.

You will also be responsible for ensuring timely dispatch of reports to clinics and wards within the stipulated timeframe, filing reports properly for easy retrieval, and monitoring and replenishing stock levels of supplies and consumables.

In addition, you will be expected to maintain service and maintenance records of all equipment, check and calibrate lab equipment regularly, including emergency equipment, to ensure proper functioning, and handle patient feedback, enquiries, and perform service recovery when necessary.

The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science/Biomedical Science/Biotechnology or equivalent, preferably 1-2 years of related work experience in clinical service, good interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
