About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that will lead the establishment and delivery of AI-related services for the banking sector.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise-scale AI platforms and a strong understanding of the AI lifecycle, including data sourcing, model building, deployment, and monitoring.

  • Lead the development of go-to-market strategies and release AI solutions to clients.
  • Build and manage a high-performing AI service team based on business growth.
  • Guide team members on technical and business aspects of AI delivery.
  • Act as a global AI advisor, sharing expertise and best practices within the organization.
  • Contribute to internal capability building and innovation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the banking sector.
  • Minimum 5 years leading AI-related initiatives in banks or consulting firms.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale AI platforms (e.g., ADA).
  • Familiarity with AI applications across banking functions: retail, SME, compliance, operations.
  • Practical experience with MLOps frameworks and cloud AI tools (Azure ML, Databricks).
  • Knowledge of data governance and AI model reusability.
