Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations, examinations, and assessments for patients across all age groups, utilizing strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries, as well as manage chronic health conditions and provide ongoing care.
  • Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures and healthy lifestyle choices, promoting health promotion and education.
  • Perform health screenings such as blood pressure checks, cholesterol tests, and diabetes screenings, and administer vaccinations and immunizations as required.
  • Conduct health assessments tailored to individual patient needs, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Manage medication inventory and conduct stock taking effectively, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely replenishment of stock.
  • Document patient care plans, progress notes, and medication prescriptions accurately in Clinic Management System (CMS), ensuring compliance with data protection and patient confidentiality regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working as a GP or Health Screening Nurse in a clinical setting, with strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage medication inventory and conduct stock taking effectively.
  • Familiarity with Clinic Management System (CMS) and medical software, with valid SG SMC Accreditation.
