About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Scriptwriter to develop engaging content for our TV and digital platforms.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for storytelling, excellent writing skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop compelling content for TV and digital platforms
  2. Research and write programme proposals for single, serial dramas, info-educational and entertainment programmes for the Malay productions
  3. Write content scripts for various genres: dramas, children's, info-ed, entertainment, as assigned; as well as scripts for interstitials, trailers and digital stories uploads
  4. Prepare concept submissions for pitching and management presentations
  5. Produce generic and episodic storylines
Qualifications and Skills
  • Diploma/Degree in Media, Communication, Creative Writing or equivalent
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Writing & scripting experience is a plus
  • Strong interest in television and media
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Malay for business purpose.
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff as well as public
