Job Title: ICT Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Executive to join our team at SEACARE MANPOWER SERVICES PTE LTD. As an ICT Executive, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and sourcing of computer hardware, software, and accessories. You will also manage and maintain IT/AVA resources and systems, as well as oversee day-to-day IT operations, including backup, system security, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical advice and sourcing of computer hardware, software, and accessories
  • Manage and maintain IT/AVA resources and systems
  • Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including backup, system security, and technical troubleshooting
  • Responsible for IT inventory stocks, condemnation of equipment, and liaison with vendors for purchase and repairs
  • Plan, evaluate, and implement IT-related projects
  • Work with the HOD (ICT) on gathering ICT needs of the organization and propose solutions that meet the requirements of the organization
  • Conduct ICT training during and outside curriculum time for staff
  • Oversee and assign work to the organization Technology Assistant (TA), as well as work with other third-party/in-house ICT Trainer and any other ICT support staff in the organization
  • Data management - responsible for creating and maintaining a system for archiving the organization's digital information
  • Other tasks include proactively scanning the market for technology trends and new technology tools that support Teaching and Learning, educate, and update the organization's staff
  • A point of contact for dissemination and coordination of ICT project-related matters for the organization
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in ICT
  • Minimum 1 to 5 years of relevant ICT experience
  • Prior working experience in school environments is preferred
  • Good ICT technical knowledge
  • Possess ICT contract, vendor, and project management skills
  • Good knowledge of networking systems, including wireless networks
  • Good interpersonal, communication, planning, and analytical skills
  • Ability to plan independently, multi-task, work both independently and as a team
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Singaporean only
