Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of case management and support intervention for clients, comprising mainly at-risk children and youth, and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct case work and/or counselling sessions with clients
  • Perform office interviews and regular home visits to assess client needs
  • Develop and implement support plans to address client needs
  • Complete assessments and reports in a timely manner
  • Support departmental administrative requirements and organisation-wide activities
Requirements
  • Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work or related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Social Worker
  • Familiarity with parenting and family issues, as well as care of children with various social issues
Core Competencies
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Strong report-writing skills
  • Able to multitask and open to learning
  • Responsible, resilient, self-motivated, and a team player
