To make a significant impact in the engineering landscape, we are looking for an experienced Lead Geotechnical Design Engineer to support local and international projects across the transportation and energy sectors.
The Role
- Designing geotechnical solutions for ERSS, geotechnical, and civil engineering projects while liaising with clients and stakeholders.
- Conducting detailed geotechnical design and analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with current standards, codes of practice, and best practices in design and assessments.
- Reviewing, checking, and approving designs, assessments, and calculations according to quality procedures.
- Collaborating with project managers on planning and budget control.
- Preparing risk assessments and ensuring full compliance with Design for Safety (DfS) regulations.
- Overseeing collaboration with third-party suppliers and quality assurance reviewers, alongside maintaining client interactions.
Your Skills
- Experience working in a design environment in Singapore.
- Proven expertise in designing underground MRT stations.
- A sound understanding of DfS regulations, particularly regarding designers' requirements and risk assessment processes.
- Good time management skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written forms of communication.
- Ability to manage small projects effectively.
- Proficiency in interfacing with other disciplines.
Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary package ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
