About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Suite Butler to join our team at Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued guests in their suites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and personalized welcome.
  • Provide 24-hour butler service, including food and beverage preparation, turndown services, and luggage handling.
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office, Guest Relations, and Housekeeping, to ensure seamless execution of suite preparations and events.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle diverse guest requests and preferences.
  • Proficient in the use of Property Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ambitious and proactive approach, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
What We Offer
