Innovative Research Scientist

Our innovative team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Scientist to support our laboratory operations. As a key member of our research and development department, you will play a vital role in conducting experiments, analyzing results, and contributing to the growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct lab experiments and provide accurate results
- Operate and maintain various lab equipment, including Instron and sealant mixing pumps
- Perform independent application testing for silicone sealants and assist with project management system related lab work
- Assist with formulation mixing, characterizations using analytical equipment, and preparing test reports
- Ensure laboratory safety, compliance, and 5S standards are maintained
- Manage consumable materials, chemical supplies, equipment calibration, and preventive maintenance
- Assist with sample packaging and shipping
- Participate actively in safety checks, audits, and team meetings
- Min. Diploma or higher in Science / Chemistry / Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years' lab experience in chemicals is preferred
- Experience in rubber, adhesives, or construction industries will be highly advantageous
- Experience with analytical equipment is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
