Chief Cyber Risk Officer

The objective of this role is to oversee the development and maintenance of cybersecurity and technology risk frameworks.
- This involves managing control self-assessments, compliance attestation, deviation handling, and regulatory alignment across clusters and entities.
- Collaboration with various divisions and senior stakeholders will be required to drive adoption and alignment of risk frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and implementation of cyber risk policies, standards, and frameworks.
- Manage teams in performing control self-assessments and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Champion awareness campaigns for cyber risk and integrate risk controls into business operations.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science or related field and relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or CGEIT.
- Extensive experience in Cybersecurity Governance, including at least 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, or compliance, with strong exposure to large-scale public or regulated environments.
- Demonstrated experience in leading senior teams (10+ headcount) and influencing cross-functional stakeholders in complex organizations.
