Senior Pega Developer Position

We are currently looking for experienced professionals to fill a challenging position in our Pega Application Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Level 2 support for mission-critical applications and contributing to the continuous improvement of business systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and resolve L2 production incidents promptly to minimize business impact.
- Design, build, and implement enhancements and change requests within the Pega platform.
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and UAT test cases to ensure stability and quality.
- Packaging and deploying Pega applications and hotfixes across environments following established release processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Perform system health checks, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with security and audit standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience (Pega or Java).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience in Agile or DevOps environments.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, database queries, and application logs.
- Familiarity with Pega PRPC platform (rules, flows, data objects).
- Knowledge of Java, HTML, CSS, or SQL.
- Understanding of interface integration methods (API, SFTP, MQ) is an advantage.
