Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor all FM-related systems to ensure the highest level of system availability.
  • Provide level 2 support and work with vendors to ensure timely resolution of incidents/issues.
  • Derive and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, work instructions, and procedures.
  • Involved in project-based work for new implementation or improvement to existing systems.
  • Support the DCIM (Data Centre Infrastructure Management) system to maintain the collection of data from various locations for central monitoring at IoC.
  • Support CCTV systems from all locations with linkage to central view at IoC.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in IT or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in network facilities management or Data Centre facility management.
  • Possess an understanding of Facility management; relevant experience is preferred but a willingness to learn is welcome.
  • Skilled in physical security management and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and excellent analytical ability.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner.
