About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and entrepreneurial Frontend Engineer to lead the development of our AI Web Platform. This is a rare opportunity to join our founding team in Singapore and collaborate with our Shenzhen-based team.
In this role, you will participate in the iterative development of AI for Business scenarios, applying new technologies to enhance platform capabilities. You will be responsible for core technology and product development, as well as propose optimization suggestions and solutions to continuously improve the platform.
To achieve this, we need someone who can apply new technologies and innovative approaches to improve the functionality and performance of the frontend framework, aiming to build a world-class frontend product.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in Web frontend development. Proficiency in Vue, familiarity with both Web and H5 application development, and knowledge of basic principles are essential.
Experience in backend development, particularly with Java, Python, or Go, is also beneficial. Strong sensitivity to user experience and product performance, solid skills in implementing browser/mobile UI interactions, and demonstrated problem-solving skills are necessary.
A strong communication and collaboration mindset, self-driven approach, and an entrepreneurial spirit are vital. Familiarity with foundational concepts in AI and large language models, as well as relevant project experience, would be a plus.
Beyond technical expertise, we value candidates who are passionate about learning new technologies and pushing boundaries.
