Global Supply Planning Specialist

Job Description

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end accountability for demand and supply reviews, planning design, and execution across the business unit.

They will possess experience in E2E Supply Chain Management, analytical capabilities to support unconstrained demand forecasts, knowledge of production control systems, specifically SAP IBP, and a strong understanding of global planning activities.

The selected individual will serve as the first point of contact for escalations, own supply review meetings to balance demand and supply through cross-functional adjustments, and track actions resulting from these meetings.

They will also partner with Operations to manage capacity levels in support of consensus forecasts, mitigate escalated issues to debottleneck supply chain operations, analyze and agree inventory targets at a global and plant level, and monitor and report on cross-functional KPIs.

Additionally, they will work with Operations to optimize capacity utilization while meeting customer demands, engage in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, and measure, support, and develop local entity planners.
