Executive, Office of Patient Experience

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Patient Relations and Feedback Specialist. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be part of the Patient Relations and Feedback team working closely with clinicians and administrators.
In this role, you will manage both clinical and non-clinancial feedback, which includes conducting investigations, facilitating family conferences and hospital reviews, drafting replies to letters and liaising with the hospital's lawyers on medico-legal issues.
Responsibilities:- Manage patient feedback and conduct investigations into complaints
- Facilitate family conferences and hospital reviews to resolve issues
- Draft replies to letters and communicate with patients
- Liaise with the hospital's lawyers on medico-legal issues
- Degree in any discipline
- Relevant working experience in a healthcare institution is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with good command of spoken and written English
- A pleasant disposition with mature personality
- An independent and proactive team player who is meticulous and able to multi-task
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Effectively bilingual in English and a second language
$SGD 80,000 - $100,000 per annum
