Job Description

The AP OPS Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) team is seeking a highly motivated individual with a broad knowledge of engineering principles to work in a fast-paced high-tech environment.

Candidates must have a solid foundation in technologies and processes related to OSAT, specifically for mobile chipset, automotive, RF Module, and 5G antenna.

Beyond technical skills, the ideal candidate will have analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and presentation skills to deal with multicultural environments.

This role involves quality investigation & improvement, yield tracking, and system development for direct business. Additionally, it includes conducting supplier quality assessments for key OSAT suppliers, developing monitoring and measurement systems, and driving continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing OSAT manufacturing quality activities, problem-solving, and follow-up of OSAT actions. They will also drive OSAT suppliers for continuous quality and process improvement, leading cross-functional teams to contain and prevent quality excursions.
