Job Description:

As a skilled polo professional, you will play a key role in the success of our team. Your responsibilities will include playing in club chukkas and tournaments, providing polo lessons to both beginners and experienced players, and using Go Pro cameras to review gameplay with players.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the General Manager
  • Upgrade the level of polo by participating in club chukkas and tournaments
  • Provide polo lessons to both beginners and experienced players
  • Use Go Pro cameras in club tournaments and plan reviews of play with players
  • Ride, play, and stick-and-ball horses throughout the polo season
  • Assist the polo captain in organizing chukkas and making teams for club and international tournaments
  • Assist in the organization of tournaments throughout the polo season
  • Plan and implement polo lesson structures, oversee teaching levels of resident and rotating pros
  • Liaise with polo professionals and umpires overseas to arrange visits for major tournaments and events
  • Liaise with the polo captain on field conditions for polo

Requirements:

  • A minimum of ten years' experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent English (local language skills beneficial)
