We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team as a Brewing Specialist. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy brewing, we would like to chat with you.

About us: We are a specialty coffee spot that focuses on providing high-quality beverages to the community. Our space is small but cozy, enabling warm conversations inside.

We believe in the exploration of brewing methods and everyday is a new day to learn something. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to calibrate new products together and think about recipe adjustments.

Some details about the role:

  • Location: Katong Shopping Centre
  • 44 hours a week
  • Work with fellow teammates to enable smooth operations of the specialty coffee spot

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Daily calibration and consistently producing high-quality coffee
  • Displaying capability and knowledge in brewing espresso, milk-frothing, and filter pourover coffee
  • Grinding of coffee beans, brewing coffee, and preparing beverages on the menu and serving orders to customers
  • Cashiering and simple food-heating duties apply

Requirements:

  • SOA in Food Safety Level 1 obtained
  • At least 1 year relevant barista experience or working experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Polite, friendly, and approachable
