Environmental Sorter

Job Description

We are seeking an Environmental Sorter to join our team at Sungei Kadut. The successful candidate will be responsible for sorting collected waste, ensuring safety measures are adhered to during operations, handling tools and equipment, and reporting incidents to the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Sort collected waste into designated categories.
• Deposit recyclable waste on conveyor belts as directed.
• Ensure safety measures are adhered to during waste sorting operations.
• Handle tools and equipment in accordance with company policies.
• Report equipment faults to the supervisor.
• Ensure tools and equipment are replenished timely and maintained.
• Manage incidents and report operational abnormalities to the appropriate person.

Requirements

• Physically fit and attentive.
• Able to stand for extended periods while performing primary role of waste sorting.
