Sales Consultant Bridal Stylist

Job Summary
  • This role involves working closely with the sales team to meet sales targets, collaborating with fellow stylists on the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting sales appointments with brides and engaging with customers to determine their needs and provide appropriate gown/package recommendations.
  • They will also work with the seamstress to fit customers and ensure that gowns fit them as required.
  • In addition, they will resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the root cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Responding to all customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner is also an essential part of this role.
Requirements
  • Strong sales skills with a positive attitude and mindset
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum 0.5 years of work experience in a sales capacity in the bridal industry
  • A keen eye for fashion and styling
  • Minimum secondary/college qualifications
  • Able to multi-task and perform under pressure
  • Meticulous by nature and fast learner
  • Commit to working over weekends
  • Basic computer skills are essential
