Job Role Overview

The Tram Captain is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by operating the tram along designated routes and delivering engaging commentary. This role also involves crowd management, ushering at stations, and assisting with guest queries and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the tram according to schedule and provide informative commentary to enhance the guest experience.
  • Manage crowds effectively and ensure smooth operations at stations.
  • Respond to guest enquiries and provide support as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification.
  • Class 3 Driving License required.
  • Pleasant disposition, strong communication skills, and good presentation abilities.
  • Confident, energetic, and outgoing personality with ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Ensure safety and service standards are consistently met.
